Halpin
Halpin's experience in working with metals and paintings has enabled
him to create artistic sculpture pieces that are filled with exuberance
and joy, lifting one's spirit. The work exhibited in the gallery gives
the viewer the opportunity of feeling the energy Declan injects into his
work as he cuts pieces of metal with a acetilene torch, refits them into
a two or three dimensional sculpture pieces and then paints them with
colors that evoke a sense of peace and happiness, contemplation and thoughtfulness.
